  The wine is clear and a medium straw yellow in colour.
  There is no sediment in the bottle.
  
  On the nose: Green grapes, grapefruit, lime, passionfruit, slight aniseed, vanilla and honey to finish.
  
  On the palate: Sweet apple, grape, grapefruit, fruit salad sweets and some honey.
  
  The body is light/medium.
  The wine is medium sweet.
  The wine has a smooth texture.
  The wine finishes medium.
  The wine has fresh smooth acidity with a low level of soft round tannins.
  
  Conclusion
  Maybe this is my white Burgundy "moment" Very enjoyable, fruit and citrus with a balanced finish. The wine maintains its lightness but still manages an impressive complexity.
  Superb..... Love it !

  I was given this bottle by a friend as a thank you, and what a wonderful gift it was.
  
  His recommendation was that the wine was ready to drink now. It was beautiful, and would also have kept.
  
  Pale gold in appearance, the first nose was of flint and elderflower. The second - after a swirl - was lemon sherbet, lilies in a cold hallway, and distant aromas of pineapple.
  
  The wine was most memorable on the palate though... So soft, almost filtered of impurities; medium bodied with medium acidity; pink grapefruit and Yorkshire rhubarb notes, and long long length.

  Regionalburgunder fra Puligny og Mersault.
  Middels aromatisk. Lime, fat og et hint av smør på nesen.
  Frisk og typeriktig sentralburgunder. God fylde med frisk syre. Stram, tørr avslutning med brukbar lengde.
