La salinité affleure un peu plus, salivante en finale, sinon même impressions qu’en 2023.
Un chablis sur le fil pour la typicité minérale, en rondeur, un rien d’S02 perceptible pour ma part.

A touch better from the last bottle....consistent with my previous note:
Father's Day Dinner; Chalky with great minerality. Acid is in check....nice wine with shellfish.

Ce n’est pas le plus exuberant des chablis de Droin, mais il fait son office, en rondeur, sans peps, avec la touche de salinité au minimum requis. Nez de pierres chaudes, d’iode, d’agrume confit et de fleurs, de pomme cuite, en nuances, par petites touches. Il semble sur la retenue, indeniablement sur la finesse (une gageure pour le solaire 2018).
Personnellement je les préfère plus tendus… (et avec un peu moins de So2).
91 s’il se retend avec qq années de plus!

Pommes, poires, touche de salinité, minéral, très frais, plus rond que sur d’autres millésimes mais une belle bouteille à prix fort correct.
Apples, pears, some salinity and minerality also, more round then usual (vintage no doubt) but a nice bottle at very fair price.
