Surprising cab from the Columbia gorge. I expected this to be over the hill and was pleasantly surprised to find lots of dark fruit still very present, nice medium body with a long finish. This wine still had plenty of time left.

Decanted at opening. Initial raspberries on the nose and spice on the palate. After an hour or so a dark cherry fruit and richness comes through. The finish is long and smooth. I think this wine is drinking extremely well at present and may be one of my favorite Sineann wines ever. Still a lot of life left in this one.

This wine needed 1-2 hours to open up. The nose was floral, spice and heavy black cherry. The palate was full of bright chewy fruit, black currant, campfire smoke, spice and rocky earth. The finish was lush, velvety and long.

Decanted 1 hr. Dark cassis flavors with tar and earth undertones along with some smokey bacon. A little spicey at the start, this tastes young and lithe, has open fruit which settled into a nice mocha quality the longer it was decanted. Should do better with some cellar time.
