  Ok. I might have been a bit harsh on this wine with my last tasting note from March 2022. This is well made but it is just not my style of wine nor do I enjoy the grape varietal either. I respect it for what it is but it is tough to stomach more than one glass in a sitting. What to do with my other four bottles?

  Last of 6, and best. Needed the extra year from the previous bottle. Smooth and full bodied, nice balance, cassis cherry and a hint of tobacco. The 15% alcohol is not intrusive. ****
