    More restrained nose than expected perhaps on account of this served too cold. In the palate, checked all the right boxes. Medium body with honey, white fruit and moderate sweetness enough to match with Thai sweet and chili chicken. Acidity and minerality is not its forte. Touch of lemon peel in back end to round things off. I will buy more. Just as good on third day.
