  amber in glass, seaspray iodine and characteristic blue smoke. dried figs, raisins and morning embers. layered, oily, sweet, rich, clean - savoury, lifted, layered, complex. opens and sweetens with watering, revealing layered peat, and always translucent, lifted blue smoke. Iodine, and burn seaweed.

  Rich, dense malt profile with the heavy peat smoke of the familiar 16 buffered by the raisin toast sweetness of the cask finish. Uncommonly long finishing.
  Shared with us on a New Years morning; we were 'First Footed' with a traditional Scottish Black Bun. A memorable way to start the new year.
