  • Fuller body, a bit creamy, medium acid

  • Clear and light yellow. Citrus fruit aroma long with wet rocks and potting soil is nice. Bit of creamy mouthfeel and dry. Medium acid and medium tannins provide decent structure, but it all feels a little off balance and is missing the acidity I expected. The palate is mostly citrus fruit and lots of flint. The nose was nice, but otherwise not a ton going on. The finish is clean, but short. Not really a sipping wine — I’d grab some goat cheese to pair with this one. And drink it ice cold or it gets flabby fast.

  • Good, not great; missing some of the bright acidity and minerality expected in a Sancerre, a bit heavier on the fruit than most low priced versions. This is a Trader Joe's shelf item, so nothing special was expected. A nice quaffer, but drink ice cold or it'll turn flabby.

  • Nose of lemon/lime cola, wet slate, and spring flowers, on the palate, medium/big body, fresh, crisp fruit, paired with roasted, lemon chicken seasoned with lavendar and spices, simple, tasty, best served near room temperature to improve the nose and taste, slightly juicy and creamy like a freshly peeled ripe tangerine, enjoy near term/next 2 years, medium/long finish. Uploaded 2 photos- front label and also back label which shows the vintage and producer address.
