  1st hour: This is pretty hot and alcoholic. There’s none of that forest floor earthiness you get with Italian Sangiovese. All that is perhaps expected with an Amador Sangiovese, but the lack of fruit is surprising- and disappointed. Perhaps at almost 8 years this has become a hot mess?
