Typical light Pinot color, not garnet but light inky color . Not overly reasoning or Jamain. Hence of black currant, but more big family then reason family

About 20 minute slo-ox. Varietally identifiable, but the kind of wine that can give Pinot Noir a bad name. It was served at a social event we attended, and we might have to agree with sortiarius (TN of 4/2/20) that this wine was like "red fruit juice spiked with alcohol". Some bright red fruits and bramble on the nose, which follow on to the medium minus bodied palate, along with some minerality and an herbal note. The acidity is relatively balancing, and the finish is on the short side. Not a wine we enjoyed; not a wine we seek out; not a wine in our cellar.

Not bad. Currants and raspberry jams and roses on the nose. Fun, fresh, straightforward, jammy stuff. I can see this being a crowd-pleaser.
