A beautiful and captivating Saint Aubin. From one of my favorite vineyards in that AOC, this wine is vibrant and has a great fruit-to-oak integration. Lots of citron and spice, with a very pleasant and long finish. Given a couple of the negative reviews, I didn't expect this wine to be very good, but it was just the opposite of that. It was a perfect match with Maine lobster crepes in a rich Nantua sauce that I made. Wish I had more of this!

Same as previous bottles: A thin wine with high acidity and terminal oxidation. Two bottles opened.

Served ice cold, not bad. Otherwise, bad. Sour grapes. I have another 16 bottles. 😔

Premature oxidation and stomach clenching acidity.

Premature oxidation with the past three bottles. This is a serious problem for this wine.
