Pleasant surprise. Very legit and grippy subtle sawdust tannins. Recognizable as a Nebbiolo unlike the pretentious young Barolo we had earlier. Just what you should expect, lovely.

This is good, but not more. A wine of two halves. Quite jammy, ripe and plush nose for nebbiolo then hits quite green and underripe tannins. A touch of menthol and meaty smallgoods roll through chewy tannins of medium length. Drink now.

Enjoyable and early drinking 16. Does just enough of everything to tell you it’s Barbaresco. Bargain at VCs at $26 AUD, but full price a stretch. Has the tannins to hold, but no need. Drink now to 5.

Agree with previous reviews. Good at $25 but not at full price.

Really grippy and savoury. A textural experience. The shy fruit is dark cherry.
