At the moment this is very much a child of it's vintage, showing lots of very primary, very ripe dark fruit...about at the limit of the ripeness I can still enjoy in a red Burgundy. However, it's surely a lot of wine for the money and maintains a degree go elegance with enough structure and acidity to keep it from being flabby. Bought last year from Vivino, in their sale, at what worked out at under £20 p/b on the table - which feels like a veritable steal, especially these days, and very happy to have several more... Although enjoyable now, I imagine it will be significantly better in 4 or 5 years.

This is very good value. Ripe dark fruit and good balance at a bargain price.
