Serious house making serious champagne. here we are with a Blanc de blancs in an extra brut version. The feel is straight, square then comes a melting pot of white flowers and white fruits(pears and apples) Versatile enough to be experienced from the apetisers to the desserts

Sunday hangout (Glencoe, IL): Probably one of my favourite entry-level grower Champagnes. This par for the course -- bright fruit with a pleasant sweetness and good breadth on the palate.

Disgorged November 2019. 4gr dosage. Bottled in 2017. Oak barrels vinification. Thanetian sand mixed with clay, sandstone. Lemon, crished rocks, pear, white flowers, some mint. With tangy acids, fine concentration and a long finish. This is still a baby, and can last at least a decade. Impressive for how clean this is on palate. Lots of upside potential

Very linear and excellent fruit. Not yet much complexity. Too young?
Disgorged October 2021

A wonderful blanc de blanc. Brioche and bright lemon and went well with the East Mediterrean food.
