  Med body, loads of co2 coming out of the glass, needs a decant. After a few hours, still a bit of co2 present- fun enough to drink through- stanky herbal-animal smells, brett is on full display, drying quality on the tongue, super funky in the nose. Spicy fruit quality on the tongue, potpourri, rose, just a real dynamic wine- it really captivates me and keep me interested. Nose is full of gas, so it's a bit hard to describe. I get some real carbonic notes (obviously), so I think these are better younger rather than with age. Decant for a day prior to consumption.
