(Disgorged in January 2022, 50% Pinot Noir from Écueil and 50% Chardonnay from Chamery, dosage 4 gr/L, 900 bottles made) Light yellow colour with a youthful nose showing baked bread, ginger and yellow apples and showing a hint of acacia honey in a nice and pleasant way. Green apples acidity with a lime zest bitterness and showing a ginger spiciness on the lengthy finish. Very nice and fresh, and should work best with food. (Best 2022-2037)
