  Excellent blend with a bit more lees age than the regular cuvees of Yves Couvreur...
  
  Bouquet dominated by yeast and with some time becomes pleasantly fruity, darker yellow color
  on the palate notes of flowers and then yeast not overly complex, mid bodied and clean, well integrated acidity... maybe 2012 or 2013 base.
  
  really good one for the price of around 20€
