Absolutely delicious. This is a truly good Syrah. Pop & pour, it definitely opened up after a couple hours, so give it time to breath. Big, dark & complex, while integrated, smooth with a long finish. Paired perfectly with filet. In a good place right now, with tons of runway left. Glad I have a couple left.

No apologies full bodied structured wine (not the super polished SQN style, more brutish). Black and purple fruited and distinctly peppery, with a seamless presentation from start to finish.violets on the nose. Has some coarse tannins on the palate but these are well enveloped buy the fruit. Really hits the stop when the mood strikes.

Excellent at 6 years with a ton of fruit. Layers. Big. Black cherry. Drank like a Zinfandel. But yummy. Had with steak. A good match
