Lemon coloured, medium(-) intensity. Developed, medium(+) nose. Smoke! And more smoke. On the palate dry, medium(+) acidity, medium body. Matchstick. Pineapple, oak, yellow apples plus some citrus notes. Thick, agile texture. Very good length with a grippy ending together with grape fruit bitterness. Day 2, permeated by smoke and bitterness. Much to much for personal taste. Drink now.

Hand picked. And hand sorted. Fermentation in stainless cask. Has the big smoke thing going on to it. And I like it for that. I think this is a barrell sample. Full and round on the palate. More richness than our last place. And then dey on the back. For bourgogne blanc good depth. All from the lower slopes of chassagne
