Opened, poured into a decanter and then enjoyed. Grassl Cru stem. Ruby garnet color. Nose offers fresh red berries, wet earth (with a little funk) and herbs (sage and wild fennel). Wonderful red berry fruit intro (cranberry - pomegranate wild strawberry) with bright tart acidity to keep the fruit fresh. Speaks of a cool climate pinot. Enjoyed for that bright red fruited profile.

I will mostly echo the other two prior reviews. The finish was short and the acid/tannins made it difficult to peel away the layers to get to the good stuff.
I will also admit pinot noir is not my favorite, but I could tell this was a quality wine. Just not my thing.

Great nose right of the bat. Ruby red. Lots of floral notes, berries. Definitelt strong sense of west coast region. Good steucture. Medium acidity. Tannins grippy. Mid to long finish. Still very young. Awesome job to the wine maker!!

Deep garnet. Floral nose. Still drinking well. Acidity medium fairly well balanced and linear. Some leather and dried rose petals.

Tart Cherry nose and palate. A burgundian style pinot from Sonoma. Not your typical CA pinot.
