  Served with Crab Linguini and roasted (cracked) crab. Really more balanced than expected. Agree with moderate long finish. Acidity is very nice and for me, not too much fruit. Paired well with crab after starting with a French burgundy (blanc). Probably not quite yet at peak but excellent now. Opened 1 hour before dinner. No decant.

  This just sits too heavy for me. Some decent fruit and certainly some oak, but a bit too austere for a Pinot. Felt a bit manipulated.
