  Not much to add to the previous notes. Has developed beautifully at 6 years of age. More balanced and very powerful on the palate, finish was pretty impressive. It’s still a rather intense wine so don’t expect anything smooth here. Nice notes of blackberry, vanilla and a bit of chocolate but it requires more aging if you prefer it rather subtle. This one still will confindently say “hi” to you and show is youthfulness at 6 years of age.

  This one needs storing. Had the 2017 one and even after decanting for 3 hours it was still quite harsh. Good notes of vanilla and long intense finish and strong hints of blackberry. Won’t open the next bottle for the next 5 years, that’s for sure though.
