My last of the 2019s. I never buy enough of this stuff!
My note here is identical to the 2017 I posted a few years ago. This is summer in a glass. Sensational medley of sweet fruits from peach & nectarine to mango & guava with a rich mid palate lifted by the Riesling (more dry style). Gives it a nice limestone note. The Viognier becomes more apparent the longer it’s open and the warmer it gets. I found this best around cellar temp, but it can handle colder temps better than I expected. Talk about QPR!

Fun wine to drink. Lemon peal, melon, a touch of sweetness and a nice backbone of acidity throughout. long finish. Great meritage of muscat, Riesling and Viognier.

This is my last bottle of Tail Feathers. I always enjoy getting my allocation and always hate to see it go. This is a wonderful wine. Hints of lime, grass, and minerality. It paired great with the Coconut Cake and Chocolate Cake we had to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and my oldest daughter's 22nd birthday. Cheers!!
