A big fleshy wine with dark cherry forward fruits, gripping tannins and a long finish with surprising notes of chocolate. Broad frame. I’m rating 90 now — I think this young wine need some time to knit together. It’s not quite yet in harmony. I’ll give it a couple years more and reevaluate. Much more like a California Cab Franc than French. Not the least bit lean, shy, or retiring.

Really delicious. Plush blue and black fruit, spice, olive, and a little sweetness. Dusty tannins in perfect balance. Not very complex at this stage, but the energy and mouthfeel punches way above a $20 price point. Ever so slightly hot on the nose, but it's not distracting at all and I suspect this will continue to improve over the next 2-3 years and develop some secondary components. Wish I could find more.

This is very good and drinks well after a brief decant. I don't see Suckling's 95 point score, but it still provides excellent QPR. The wine has subtle dark fruit, plenty of spice and mineral complexity, silky tannins, and a long mouth coating finish. I think it will benefit with 2 - 3 years in the cellar, so I'm saving a few bottles.

I am not a big fan of Cabernet Franc, but this is one of the better ones I've tasted. Medium ruby color, with dark fruits and light spices on the nose. The palate features notes of dark cherries, blackberries, earth, and oak. The wine is balanced and medium bodied. Great QPR at just under $20.

Note: I use the recommended scale, so 85 represents a very good wine.
I opened this bottle in celebration of Argentina's World Cup victory.
Would have opened a Bordeaux if France had won.
Decent Cab Franc. Fruit a little subdued.
Not familiar enough with the grape and the region to offer an opinion about the future.
I have two more.
