  Color: medium brass
  Nose: rich and intense with toasted nuts, pastry, yeast, coconut and lemon, pollen, chestnut honey
  Palate: high acidity, medium-full body, beautiful, very fine beads that truly persist. The nutty and autolytic character prevails. There is bitterness here for sure
  Finish: long
  
  Quite the ride, this is a very autolytic spumante. Pas dose that is bone dry but still round in the palate because of the age, the oak, and the richness from the Pinot. Quite accomplished, I'd think this won't improve that massively in the future so I'd drink now. Recommend not drinking too cold, and this thing is a beast, 2 hours open and the bubbles are still mighty

Grape make up is 70% Pinot and 30% Chardonnay. Linear and very focused. A reference to an old cuvee from the winery. Woman on the label is unknown. That is dry.
