  Medium yellow color. Aromas of yellow apple, citrus, pineapple, white flowers, vanilla. Full bodied, High acidity, oily texture. Intense taste of quince, green apple, lemon, mineral. Long. Complex.

  Paired nicely with pasta with chicken and peanut sauce. Still has good acidity and depth. Drink now to 2025.
