TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow color, heading to golden hue. Medium+ primary nose of tangerine, lime, melon, and jasmine. The palate is full and fat, with ripe peaches, white flowers, and more of the lime. I’m getting minor hints of apricot and honey, so the wine is just starting to convert some of its primary flavors to tertiary ones. Medium length citrus and minerality at the end, with acid keeping up to sharp finish. This wine is dry, med+ acidity, med- alcohol, medium flavor intensity, full body. Very good wine that is just starting to give hints of maturing flavors. This wine would go well with a white meats, mushroom dishes, and goat cheese - maybe even an Asian ginger beef/chicken dish that doesn’t have any heat.

I will just copy my note on CDP Mont Redon, white, 2019:
I know basically nothing about white wines from southern Rhone, but this is a nice wine, dry, quite tasty, on the fuller side, and I think this could go well with chicken and maybe even pork. No sweetness or jaminess that often is true for the red CDP. Fine to drink now and I have no idea how this will evolve.
This wine was a bit fuller than the white wine from Mont Redon. Vintage or producer? I do not know.

Nez de pamplemousse, de fleurs blanches, de fruits de la passion, et foin. Un vin gras, fruité, rond avec une acidité fraiche. Finale moyenne. Saveurs de pop-corn !! 91+
