Black pepper, blistered wood, dark fruits, winter spices and garrigue. Smells too good but then you drink it…. black pepper, charred red berries, black cherry, black plums, bitter espresso, pencil lead. Wow. Bright acid core balanced by a rich, mouth-coating decadence. I’m a huge Gramercy fan but this is really impressive.

Tasted from flight at gramercy. Remember this being a standout. Pepper and herbs lead into a linear and precise finish. Seems really good and open now. Drink by 2023

Super food friendly. Had this with some French lentils and halibut with tarragon cream sauce. A bit of pepper and spice. Nice acid. There is just nothing else quite like Mourvèdre, and this is a beautiful manifestation of a wine made from this grape.

Light colored and bodied, modest fruit and good acid.

Medium big and balanced. Really good match for the cheese and charcuterie.
