Decanted for two hours, tasted from a Riedel Oregon Pinot Noir glass at American cellar temperature. An interesting take on Pinot Noir: dry, subtle, medium tannins. On the nose, I get red cherry, lingonberry, earth, and a hint of cocoa. On the palate, restrained yet flavorful: tart red cherry, secondary notes of black cherry and savory meats. Very nice, definitely a wine to savor over a couple of hours as it unfolds.

This is nicely done, but not as much my style. Medium body and a bit tart. I was somewhat surprised, as I'm usually a fan of Fogarty wines and the first few sips, even after a day, were a bit 'in your face'.
