Tasted over 2 days and a range of serving temperatures and this was a startlingly acidic lemon fest no matter what I did. Shocking given the vintage and so at odds with other TNs here that I hav to assume it’s a flawed bottle - although I am hard pressed to name the flaw.

When I first opened this, I just enjoyed having it with my dinner. I loved the silky texture.
My attempt at a proper tasting note on the 4th day after it was opened: med. straw color, lemon, lime, pineapple, papaya, licorice, cream, sea salt, seaweed, oysters, and ground almonds. Med+ body, med alcohol, med+ to high acidity, and a lingering finish (med+). After the wine warmed up, that texture again resurfaced and is hard to forget.
Paired this with seared butter scallops. Excellent wine and wish I had more.

Color: light gold Nose: youthful citrus and underripe white peach. Nuts and vanilla in a tight, polite way. Secondary mountain herbs and wet stone, acorns, match Palate: high acidity, medium-full body. Salty. Minerals. Sharp and lemony Finish: medium-long
I'm having this early, obviously. That said, the wine is promising. There is good balance and a youthful angularity. I had this with bottarga pasta and let me tell you that a young puligny and bottarga pasta way held back on salt are one of the true luxuries of these wretched Covid times
