This one lingered in the cellar for longer than planned. Still very open with dark cherry fruit immediately coming forward. Satisfying finish with some notes of cacao. Excellent value.

My last bottle of 18. This vintage was a personal favorite, along with the 2016. Balanced and food friendly. Dark fruits. Restrained old world flavor profile. Not complex, but so pleasant to drink. Excellent Q2P ratio.

A light pinot to accompany pizza. Typical, but somewhat faint PN nose; standard but light, Oregon flavor construction; short finish. A good wine for Pizza night. Great price for an Oregon PN.

Decanted for about 1 hour. Served with chicken. My next to last bottle. This is one of my favorite vintages of this wine, so balanced. This has a slightly darker fruit (but still mostly red fruits) component than the 2019, and slightly more tannin. This winery deserves kudos for mass producing this beverage and making it available at a reasonable price point. The 2019 is a step down in my book, but most will prefer it for its red fruits and freshness. These are not complex wines, these are decent, simple, pure OR Pinots that don't cost a lot, go well with food and don't suck. The middle ground between Mark West and Evesham Wood. Oh... and no corkscrew necessary. (87-88).

Summery red cherry, currant and red plum, are seasoned with fragrant rose petal, lavender and anise. Characteristic flavors of pomegranate, cranberry, and pie cherry coat the palate with a pleasing weightiness. Tannin and acid are balanced for a smooth and lengthy finish.
