This one lingered in the cellar for longer than planned. Still very open with dark cherry fruit immediately coming forward. Satisfying finish with some notes of cacao. Excellent value.

My last bottle of 18. This vintage was a personal favorite, along with the 2016. Balanced and food friendly. Dark fruits. Restrained old world flavor profile. Not complex, but so pleasant to drink. Excellent Q2P ratio.

A light pinot to accompany pizza. Typical, but somewhat faint PN nose; standard but light, Oregon flavor construction; short finish. A good wine for Pizza night. Great price for an Oregon PN.

Decanted for about 1 hour. Served with chicken. My next to last bottle. This is one of my favorite vintages of this wine, so balanced. This has a slightly darker fruit (but still mostly red fruits) component than the 2019, and slightly more tannin. This winery deserves kudos for mass producing this beverage and making it available at a reasonable price point. The 2019 is a step down in my book, but most will prefer it for its red fruits and freshness. These are not complex wines, these are decent, simple, pure OR Pinots that don't cost a lot, go well with food and don't suck. The middle ground between Mark West and Evesham Wood. Oh... and no corkscrew necessary. (87-88).

Summery red cherry, currant and red plum, are seasoned with fragrant rose petal, lavender and anise. Characteristic flavors of pomegranate, cranberry, and pie cherry coat the palate with a pleasing weightiness. Tannin and acid are balanced for a smooth and lengthy finish.

A little too might but still worth the few extra bucks for the ruby look, smell and taste and that immediate kick that bursts in your mouth with raspberry and currant, a tiny bit of blackberry but doesn't overwhelm at all.

👀 Pale Ruby 👃Not decanted. Uncorked and corked overnight. The 2018 vintage opens up to a bouquet of raspberry, cherry and floral notes. The attack are ripe cherry. Swirling and introducing some air reveals baking spice and orange zest at mid palate. Finishing with some minerals. 👅 Juicy, light bodied, with medium plus intensity. Fresh, bright acidity. Supple, silky tannins. Well structured and balanced. Long and elegant finish. 💭 Easily a crowd pleaser. It’s delicate red fruit, balanced acidity and tannins pairs very well with 盆菜 aka poon-choy in Cantonese (Basin dish) and its myriad of ingredients.
I wasn’t a fan of PN in the first place but picked up some from Oregon. That’s what they are famous for after all. My parents like this light weight wine. I don’t. The finish is too monotone for my liking.

This wine requires about 20-30 minutes in the glass before consumption to open up a bit. Wait. Consistent with my prior notes. Nice house Oregon pinot. Not quite Evesham Wood, but works for a weeknight. Lighter but better balanced and more enjoyable (with food) than the 2017 Acacia Pinot Noir Carneros that I tasted earlier this week. There is some astringency in the finish.

Needed some time. Initially tight. Started with some unusual flavors, that cleared after about 30 minutes. Light ruby color. Strawberry, cherry, spice, rhubarb (?) aromas and flavors. Some anise in the finish. Good acidity. Went well with a pork chop

No contemporaneous notes. PnP. For a little over 13 bucks, a perfectly quaffable mid-week house pinot, very useful to have on hand. An Oregonian version of Bourgogne Rouge. I prefer this to the similarly priced 2017 A to Z Pinot Noir.

Costco. Slight cherry nose. Watery medium dark purple. Medium body spice presentation with hint of cranberry and mildly acid oak finish. Nice Oregon Pinot Noir. 6/10.
Tried next day. 5/10.

Briary red fruit and oak spice dominate the nose. Cranberry brightness cuts through woody tones on the smoky, light bodied palate. Easy going and a bit simplistic.

The nose was non-existent or very slim.
Dominated by unpleasant sour notes, almost no fruit or other interesting characteristics.

Dominated by cola and red raspberry notes. A simple wine and a bit disappointing for an Oregon Pinot. Minimal fruit. Over priced at $13.

Bright, medium clear ruby color.
Open nose of cherries, strawberries, some vanilla and a touch of baking spices.
Light to mid weight palate of red cherries, rhubarb, red apple. Finishes tangy.
Tasted in a series of Pinot Noir under $20. Well made and amongst the best values (at <$15 on sale).
