  Needs at least 2 hours open to air before drinking. Dark ruby, with brown/tawny ring. Good strong legs stunning herbal nose, eucalyptus I believe. Before the 2 hours, the taste was slightly astringent, but softened significantly and was a delight of fruit, depth and balanced tannins, great length and the herbal end was a pleasure.

  Brown/purple in colour, fine legs. On the nose, the first hit is buckets of dark red fruit, blackberries, blackcurrant and plum, the secondary notes are tobacco with oak. In the mouth, you still get the fruit, but also a soft herbal element. Feel is smooth and tannins are really finely balanced. Early in the bottle, there was some acidity at the finish, but after an hour it was almost non-existent.
