  • Appearance
The wine is clear pale ruby.

    Nose
The wine exhibits youthful primary aromas of cranberry, raspberry, red cherry, red plum, violets, and dried herbs.

    Palate
The wine is dry with a medium body, high acid, high tannins, and high alcohol exhibiting medium primary flavors of red cherry, cranberry, raspberry, red plum, red currant, vanilla, and white pepper with a medium finish.

    Conclusion
The quality of this wine is good. A classic nebbiolo profile. Tons of structure to age for a long time, but approachable now. Would be excellent with an acidic menu....tomato, moz, & basil drizzled with balsamic....a nice hearty pasta with a rich red sauce....or a neo pizza. Life and wine are good!
