  Pale lemon. Very dominant aroma of honeycomb with hints of cinnamon and rose. Off dry, low acid, medium alcohol. On the palate there is pineapple, peach, a bit of grapefruit rind and honeycomb. Long finish. Nice wine.

  May be it is the terrior, everything is so flat. Feels like it is produced in a factory, as everything is within spec. Sorry. I shall definitey buy Alsace in the future.
