Past prime and showing nutty, sherry-like notes. Interesting in an oxidative style, but missing the balance and complexity you'd hope to find in a well-made Chardonnay at this point. Purchased from the winery.

Nose of green apple. Fruit is tart green apple. Kinda hot. Fat oaky midpalate. Finishes tart and puckery. This is a wine that needs food badly. It would be good with certain asian food or a maybe fish with a sauce that needed to be cut through.

minerality, urethane, cucumbers, balanced oak - nice fruit. Weird and unlike any other Sbragia Home Ranch Chardy I've had.

A bit oaky, but nice acidity and minerality. A little lacking on the fruit at this stage. Might have been better a year or two earlier.
