Excellent and drinking well now with life ahead. Decanted for about 1.5 hours and further development continued in the glass. Deep ruby color fine nose and great finish on the palette. Enjoy!

Three hour double decant. Very deep dark electric magenta color. Coffee, butterscotch, plum, smoky granite, and subtle tangerine dreamsicle. Smooth, dry palate, with nice, lingering, tongue coating acidity. Very firm tannins on the longish finish.
This could use another year in the cellar. It kept improving with additional air, but the oak is a bit too dominant right now.

PNP. Nearly opaque electric magenta color. Graham cracker, cocoa, and fig on the youthful, oak dominated nose. Super smooth, dry palate. Firm tannins on the longish finish.
This needs a year or two, but it’s going to be beautiful. Had a wonderful tasting with owner/winemaker Mike Hirby (who I went to high school with in Wisconsin).

Four hour slow ox. Very deep dark plummy magenta. Black cherry, pomegranate, coffee, and cheesecake on the nose. Smooth, dry palate. Full tannins on the longish finish. Young, but already impressive.

Nice middle. Cherry notes, a restrained wine with some astringency on the finish, just needs time to settle
