opens with mostly apple and pears with some honey, after some air it settles in well with much more minerality with fruit more a supporting role. very well made wine especially as a more entry level bottling. looking forward to future bottles

Organic viticulture in conversion to biodynamic, approximately 30 year old Melon de Bourgogne vines, raised in concrete, 12% ABV. What is really striking about this wine, is how airy, relaxed, balanced and flowing it is. Completely at ease with itself, lovely stuffing of white fruit, pure and precise, refreshing but ripe acidity, chalky minerality and a sea breeze; flowers and citrus on the finish. Real finesse and excellent QPR.

Ripe yellow fruit aromas with some minerals, but also evident alcohol and some yeast. Round, fleshy and rarther heavy for a Muscadet.
