  • Nose: Fresh berries, red cherry, hint of spice, pepper behind

Mouth: Medium body, rich flavour, smooth tannins. Quite balance, not over acidic.

Finishing: Medium to long, with raisins and prunes notes.

My second bottle of this Bilyara series of Cabernet sauvignon, truly impressive at this price point. Paired so well with rib-eye steak, totally enjoyable.
