  Triple vinturi, un drinkable the first night, a tart acid mess…almost dumped it.
  Fridge over nite, day 2, popped open and was actually very good.
  Could have been bottle shock?…opened after a few days upon arrival..never smart.
  My take is let it sit for a few years at this point.
