  Very pale purple colour. This delivers on the nose, with intense thyme and berry fruit aromas. Very easy to drink, with smooth soft raspberry and strawberry held together by silky tannins. Meets its brief for a Picnic wine!

  I'm not seeing this like the other tasters. Very much a second wine for wine and mostly lacking the black / sour cherry I love in CO pinots. Tough vintage? Palate weight seems underdone and there's a green herbal streak that I would associate with under-ripeness. Not good value at $40.

  Pretty much agree. Redcurrant, cinnamon on the nose; lovely jammy raspberry and redcurrant fruit and fine, long mouth feel. I have ordered more - good value and shows finesse for the price.
