  • I recently drank several wines from Burgundy and, to put it mildly, I was disappointed, but let's give this region another chance.
Great producer, great AOC, Premier Cru. What else do we need?

Here we go! This is my Burgundy PN.
Strong aromas of red fruits, earth, minerals, leather ( so nice).
Classical taste. Ripe red fruits, mostly red cherry and raspberry, a lot of spice, minerals, milky texture.
Perfect balance with acidity and tannins. Not too complicated, not too demanding.
... but it's hard to imagine a person who wouldn't like it.
Good itself or with cheese, baguette and salami.
Picnic wine, table wine, party wine, conversation wine.
2018 in Cote de Beaune was outstanding vintage. 94 points.
