Jasper Morris “Undiscovered Domaines of Burgundy” masterclass. Apparently this is the top vineyard in Pommard. Another wine that outperforms it’s humbler status (Pommard generally less well regarded). Typically heavier and more tannic, this Pommard wine has the lightness of touch. Ripe fruits, with nice intensity yet quite fresh.
