PnP, served non-blind. Faded garnet core, no sign of age. Fully mature aromas of ripe cherry, coriander, tree bark, apple skin, autumn leaves. Just as pretty on the silky, femininely-styled palate, with delicate, ripe fruits slowly spreading across and into the mouth like a slow moving tide pool; caresses, gently. Lovely texture and good depth, and showing at peak right now, but with some years still remaining. Glad to have one more. 13,3% abv, drink thru 2017, recommended

Black cherry and spice on the pleasant nose. Lots of cherry and raspberry followed by a cherry cola mid-palate. The finish is gentle yet persistent, with tart cherry, bright acidity, black pepper, candied bacon and cinnamon.

This bottle finally got its act together - after a few years of playing hide and go seek with the fruit and acidity, tonight it was all of a seamless piece. Rich red berries, a whiff of earth and just a hint of the RRV cola draped over a lovely structure. Not as hugely extracted as many of their RRV neighbors, this was delicious with the fennel roasted chicken thighs.

beautiful dark fruity nose, mixture of black and red berry fruit on the palate with nice structure, a touch of underlying tanninc and a bit on balancing acidity on the finish, with moderate length. This had nice weight and depth of fruit, definitely overpowering the nice Josehp Swan RRV Pinot we had alongside. This should maintain at this level for a couple of years, but not certain about longer term aging prospects since it is more about the fruit than the structure.

13.3% alcohol. Bright cherry color. Gorgeous nose of red cherry, black cherry, earth, and stunning baking spice. In the mouth, pure, elegant, and beautifully balanced. The mix of red and black cherry fruit is juicy and delicious, with a big streak of baking spice. Excellent acidity and a long finish. The picture of elegant RRV expression. Gorgeous wine. A-
