Very fat and oily, strongly perfumed and a little wobbly on the palate, lacking sufficient acidity and grip to hold it together. Attractive, for sure, but not on the level of other Roussannes from this site and the central coast in general. $35.

Medium gold color.
Aromas of candied orange, honey suckle, bruised apple, cream brûlée, apple cider, parmigiano reggiano, buttered bread, toasted oak.
Oily medium+ body, with low to medium acidity and so drying wood tannins. Tasty but a little flabby. With a touch more acidity this would be killer.

Aromas of honeysuckle, pineapple, straw and caramel, following to the palate. Drinking really well right now, wish I had more!
