  Wooa! This was something unexpected. Reminded me of the LdH Tondonia Reserva 2010, probably says it all.... This wine felt high in etoh, esp. first day. Very shy nose initially, almost non-existent. Did not get those typical Pinot markers, but instead something more anemic.... Someone mentioned Grenache and i get that association. But! There is a VERY nice structure to this wine, and I sense some intensity which i think will reward cellaring, because if the fruit starts to sing (caught a wiff of it on day 2) this will be really great. Hold, min 4 yrs.

  A very nice bottle of wine. However, plums and blue fruit feels more like grenache than pinot. A bit weird.

  The wine looks dense with a purple tinge, lots of sediments in bottle after decanting
  
  N: ripe black currants, blackberries and blueberries
  
  P: black currants, marzipan (björnklister), fine-grained tannins, balanced acidity, I like it
