  3.5 actually. Pale straw with orange hues
  
  Aromatic, chalk, mineral yeast slight sourdough bread, oyster
  
  Sweeter than I expected from the nose. Medium acidity full bodied for white
  
  Long mineral finish, like entering a cave, slight bitterness in there that fades
  
  Interesting 3.5
  
  I notice like zero fruit flavors here

  Very nice pinot gris for the price point. Shows varietal character, in a simple rustic way, with good texture and a pleasing finish of orchard fruit and honey.
