Garrigue on the nose, some red fruit which tricks into thinking it’s sweet but finish is definitely dry, some sharp zippy bits on the palate, tastes fresh. White pepper. Generally old world. Herbal but without being the slightest bit medicinal. ~ Super tasty bottle though I rather botched the pairing this evening and put it with a morrocan tagine which rather overpowered the nuance.

I enjoyed this wine. Very balanced. Nice fruit and soft tannins. Low acidity. It was an easy drinking French wine.
