Made from 100% Sangiovese grown in Gaiole in Chianti, organic viticulture, direct press, fermented and aged for four months in concrete Nomblot tanks, 13% ABV, annual production approximately 7,000 bottles. Aperol-like colour; tangerine and cherry nose with hints of roses and yeast; fresh and minerally palate with a silky texture, but it feels a bit hollow, it lacks stuffing; the finish displays good resonance and length. I'm not convinced - there's a hole in the middle.
