Appearance: garnet almost opaque core with red/purple hues. Looks medium bodied with plenty of legs Nose: needs time for decanting. Ripe red/dark fruit notes come across- stewed strawberries, plum, blackberries. Subtle earthy herbal notes linger in the background Palate: this wine needs time in the open. Initially flavours were little disjointed and alcohol was not settled. When settled, theres intense dark fruit flavours - black cherries, plum, some ripened strawberries. The forest floor balances out the fruit, bit of spice at the end. Tannins are plentiful and ensues a long persistent finish.

Bindi Tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, purple colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of strawberries, ripe red cherries, extremely primary kinda red fruit all dancing. Youthful. On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium tannisn that feel a bit chalky grippy, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of red spice, chalky mineral, strawberry and ripe red cherries. Long finish. Re-tasted again with more air but it remains steadfastly simple. Good quality. Entry level Pinot of the Bindi Range. Pure simple young enjoyment.

Fun, juicy, slurpable Pinot. Borders the line between red and darker purple fruits. Almost a hint of chocolate. It’s mainly dark cherries and plums, some red berry, a bit os herbs and spice. Joyful and delicious. Will age noting the fine tannins and acid, but no harm to enjoy now.

Nondescript with kind of a bitter end. I can't see the point of drinking such wines
