  Pour dire que je me croyais à Bordeaux !!
  Il y avait de la matière ce 2005.Pas certain d'aimé tant ce millésime qui semble plus lourdeau et moins en finesse (pour l'instant du moins).
  Je suis pas habitué à ça du moins.
  Il manquait de fruits , un peu rustique.
  De la mâche et me semblait vegetal.
  Tannique et moins bien structuré .
  Pas certain comment cela và évoluer.

  It is a lovely feminine wine. Full of flavor yet light. The fruits are nicely apparent as well as a nice amount of spice. It might be cardamom. Went beautifully with our french dinner of ham, potatoes, asparagus and salad with a dijon vinaigrette.

  Good depth of color. Nose of brambly fruit and raw alcohol. On the palate, grapish cherry fruit and peppery alcohol. Tart, stemmy finish. Drinkable but the unbalanced alcohol is harsh. This is likely to quickly go from mediocre to horrible with further aging. Bottle off the list at La Bastide Bistro in Miramar.
